Port au Port

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Elizabeth Hynes announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital on Friday, November 4th, 2011 at the age of 89 years. She will be sadly missed by her three sons: Dave (Philomena) in Stephenville, Felix (Carol) in Kitchener and Tony (Maggie) in Brampton, her daughter Theresa Carroll in Fort McMurray, her brother Cletus (Rita) Parsons in St. John’s her sister Theresa (Ed) Leonard in St. John’s along with eighteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her first husband Richard Hepditch, her second husband Joseph Hynes, her sons: Joseph and Richard and her daughter Molly. Funeral services took place on Monday, November 7th, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. from Maria Regina Parish in Port au Port with interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Port au Port. Funeral arrangements are under the supervision of Russell’s Funeral Home, Stephenville.
