Elizabeth Ann (Libby) O'Keefe
November 6, 1956 - October 27, 2011
We, the family, would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude for the many gestures of affection and support we received during Libby's sudden passing on October 27, 2011.
We would like to thank everyone who sat with us in the hospital while waiting for the Organ Donation team to arrive. We gratefully acknowledge all visits to the funeral home, the many telephone calls, sympathy cards, flower arrangements, messages of condolences, donations in Libby's memory, gifts of food and attendance at the funeral Mass.
A sincere appreciation to Coleman's management and staff for the overwhelming kindness which you showed our family. A special thank you to all my co-workers at CBPP for the flowers and the generous donation, you will be in our hearts forever. We especially thank everyone who traveled long distance to be with us.
Thank you to Dr. Tavenor, the ambulance team, emergency room staff, ICU staff at W.M.R.H. A special thank you to Kim Audeau, who guided us through a very emotional time. Thank you to Father Leonard for visiting us in the hospital and Father Edmund Camacho for the service at the funeral home and officiating at the funeral Mass. Our sincere appreciation to the Bereavement Committee for assisting with the funeral planning. Thank you to Alice Gabriel and Kay Jordan for the beautiful music and singing, the pallbearers, readers, Eucharistic ministers and servers who participated at the funeral Mass.
Sincere appreciation to Florence Kelly of Fillatre's Funeral Home for the extra care, kindness and professionalism she showed our family. It will be forever remembered. Thank you to my brother Robert and Kathy for opening up their home to us. Special thank you to my sister Doreen for all her help and support during this difficult time. To one and all thank you for your thoughtfulness, it was overwhelming to know so many people cared.
