Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family on November 18th, 2011, at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, Barbara Halley (Perry), age 86 years. Predeceased by her husband James Halley, brother Bruce Perry (and wife Jean), brother Martin Perry and sister Celine Burke. Leaving to mourn her sons Wayne (Virginia), Brian (Tara), Gerry (Kathy), Greg (Geraldine) and daughters Sharon Fardy (John) and Lynn Pierce (Dave); 14 grandchildren: Sara, Laura, Ashley, Gerard, Todd, Stephen, James, Amanda, Michael, Sean, Emily, Meghan, Joshua and Alicia; 6 great-grandchildren: Ella, Eva, Gracie, Lilly, Gevina and Gavin; brother Paul Perry and sister Mary Harris (George deceased Nov. 19, 2011); brothers-in-law John Burke, Denis Halley (Frances) and Gordon Halley (Violet); special friends Blanche and Lloyd Garf; as well as a large circle of friends. By Barbara’s request Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Monday, November 21 from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place at St. Pius X Church on Tuesday, November 22 at 9:30 a.m. Inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, flowers will be gratefully accepted or a donation in Barbara’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
