Peacefully surrounded by his family at his residence in New Hamburg on November 22, 2011, age 64 years, Allister Saunders. Loving husband of Judy Saunders (nee) Canning. Dear father of Christina Saunders and her husband Jon of Holland and Debbie Pavlovic of New Hamburg. Allister will be remembered by his siblings Roy Saunders of Barrie, Lillian & Roland Mosher of Corner Brook, Newfoundland, Yvonne Saunders & Wilson Yates of Cottrells Cove, Newfoundland. Brother- in-law of Betty Saunders of Beaumont Alberta. Loving grandfather to Thea & Zoe Harrison and Nicholas & Alex Pavlovic. Allister will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by one brother Ray Saunders and his parents Roland & Stella Saunders. Allister was retired from Budd Canada after 34 years of dedicated service. Relatives and friends are invited to visitation at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home 291 Huron Street New Hamburg on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held Friday November 25, 2011 at 2 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation to follow.
