Michael Douglas Crouse - 20, of Wolfville, passed away Friday, November 18, 2011 as the result of a motor vehicle accident. Born in Kentville, he was a son of Richard Crouse and Tammy Weatherbee, Wolfville. Michael was devoted, loyal, very outgoing, had a heart of gold and loved animals and music. He will be sadly missed. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Jonathan Lee and Nicholas Jerome, both of Wolfville; maternal grandparents, Clarence and Mary (Davidson) Weatherbee, Wolfville. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Robert and Kathleen (Pritchett) Crouse; an uncle, Harold Weatherbee. Visitation was held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, November 24, 2011 in the White Family Funeral Home, Kentville, where the funeral service, followed by a reception, was held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 25, 2011, Reverend Gary Manthorne officiating. Burial took place in the Willow Bank Cemetery, Wolfville. Donations in memory may be made to the Kings County S.P.C.A., the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or the QEII Health Foundation.
