With sadness and fond memories we announce the peaceful passing of our dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother on Nov. 27, 2011, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney.
Marguerite was the daughter of the late John and Mary Wall.
Marguerite lived on George Street in Sydney before moving to the Cove Guest Home.
She was a past member and secretary of Immaculate Heart of Mary CWL, Mira Road, and also a choir member.
Surviving are her daughters, Donna (Jim) Innes, Ontario, Raylene (Angelo) Costantino, Diane (Darrell) Burke, both of Sydney; and daughter-in-law, Ruth Gaudet, Bedford. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, Mark, Carrie, Raymond, Derrick, Michelle, Shane, Holly, Katie, Chris and Patty-Ann and 12 great-grandchildren; and by brother, Charles Wall.
Marguerite was predeceased by her husband, Raymond, son, Brian and great-granddaughter, Hope, sisters, Rose, Mabel and Betty and brothers, William, Roderick, Raymond, Donald and John.
Visitation for Marguerite will be held from 7-9 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 29 at S.W. Chant & Son Funeral Home, 564 Alexandra St., Sydney. Funeral mass will be celebrated 10 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 30 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 1679 George St., Sydney, with Fr. Conrad Edwards officiating. Interment to take place at Resurrection Cemetery, Sydney Forks.
