It is with great sadness that the family of Jerome Parsley announce his peaceful passing at home with his wife by his side on Monday, November 28, 2011, after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 72. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 49 years Jeannette (Roy) Parsley; his sons: Paul (Yvonne); Wayne and daughter Danielle (Odd); his two cherished grandsons: Stephen Parsley (Katie) and Brandon Parsley and his precious great-granddaughter Jade, whom he adored. Also leaving to mourn one brother Gordon (Sade); mother-in-law Mary Roy; sisters-in-law: Lorraine (John) Hennessey; Barbara (Brian) Pitt and Sharon Roy; brother-in-law Langford Roy (Monica). Special friend Ron Taylor. The family would like to send a special thank you to Dr. Paul Skirving for the excellent care that he gave Jerome during his illness. At Jerome’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral, cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
