It is with great sadness that the family of the late John Calvin LeRiche announce his passing on Saturday, November 26th, 2011 at Dr. Charles LeGrow Health Centre in Port Aux Basques at the age of 82 years. Born in Port Aux Basques, Calvin was the son of the late Annie and James LeRiche of Port Aux Basques. He was also predeceased by sisters Nora and Geneveive; infant sister Shelida; sister Annie Kettle and step-brothers James and Robert Carter. He leaves to mourn sister Ethel; brother Wilfred and sister-in-law Kay; nieces Patty Dunbrack and Carol; nephews Michael and James LeRiche and Steven; brother-in-law Jay Fred Scudder in the United States, as well as a large circle of friends. Funeral Service was held at St. James Anglican Church in Port Aux Basques on Wednesday, November 30th at 2:00 p.m., officiated by Rev. Louise Richards. Interment followed at Barachois Hill Cemetery.
