Lorne Hicks -83 of Bonnews Lodge, Badger’s Quay, formerly of Musgrave Harbour passed away peacefully on Monday, November 28, 2011 at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander. Predeceased by his parents; Frank and Annie Hicks, wife; Mildred, son; Clarence, great grand-daughter; Natasha and brothers; George, Stanley and Roland. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his sons; Gerald of St. John’s and Allan (Sherry) of Lumsden, brothers; Allan Hicks (Loretta) of Corner Brook, sisters; Olive Mouland of Musgrave Harbour, Florence Pardy (Gilbert) of Musgrave Harbour and Marie Ryan (Boyce) of Robert’s Arm, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and a large circle of other family and friends.
