Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, November 7, 2009 surrounded by her loving family, Alice McHugh of Marysvale, aged 74 years. Predeceased by her son Thomas, parents; Michael and Margaret Ryan, brother; James Ryan, sisters; Margaret Wade, Josephine, Angela and Gertrude. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, son, Billy (Michelle), daughters, Lynn (Bill), Mary Alice (Robert), Maxine (Benny), brothers; Lar and Patrick Ryan, sister; Mary McLean, five grandchildren; Melissa, Brittany, Robert, Joshua, Hilary, one great-grandchild, Sophie, also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Broughton’s Funeral Home, Brigus with visitation on Sunday, Nov. 8, 2009 from 1 to 9 p.m., and on Monday, Nov. 9, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2009 from 9 to 10 a.m. Funeral to take place on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. from Our Lady of Snows Church, Marysvale with interment to follow in the R.C.
