Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, December 4th, 2011 in her 92nd year of Topsail. Predeceased by husband Thomas, sister Eveline, brothers: William, Cyril and Jesse. Leaving to mourn daughters: Karen (Dennis), Gail and Joan (George); sons: Gary (Mary), Rodney (Jacqueline) and Andre (Pamela); grandchildren: Jeffrey, Krista, Marc, Jessica, Ryan, Justin, Kayla, Leigh, Dayna, Angela, Laura, Thomas, Rhiannon; great-grandchildren: Vyktor, Alexis; sisters:Daphne Tarrant, Winnifred Skanes, Lydia Bennett; brothers: Oliver (Muriel), Gordon (Shirley); sister-in-law Angela White; also nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Monday and Tuesday from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral service in St. John the Evangelist Church, Topsail on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery, Topsail.
