Stepfather of Roger (Sheila) Milligan, Summerside, Ricky (Liz) Milligan, Edmonton, Alta., father-in-law of Arlene Milligan, Albany. Loving grandfather of 19 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Brother of Foster (Etta), Truro, N.S., Bernice Ramsay, Summerside, Wyman (Velda), Alberton, Frank (Josephine), Joyce MacKinnon (Russell), St. Peters Bay. Resting at the Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with visiting hours Tuesday, 6 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday until 1:30 p.m. then to St. Brigid’s Roman Catholic Church, Foxley River Lot 11 for funeral mass at 2 p.m. Interment in Parish Cemetery. Memorials to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
