LINGLEY, MARION I. - The death of Marion I. Lingley occurred on December 7th, 2011 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born November 17th, 1918 in Houlton, ME, she was the daughter of the late Cecil Herbert and Elizabeth (Miller) Guy and wife of the late J. Holden Lingley. Marion had been a nurse at the Victoria Public Hospital her entire career and attended St. Paul's United Church. Marion is survived by her siblings, Holden Guy of Barrie, ON, George Basil Guy of North Carolina, Gwendoline Gallagher of Woodstock, NB and Maureen McCue of Mars Hill, ME and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Holden and her siblings, Donald, Harold and Hazen Guy, Phyllis Taylor and Lenore Wineburger.
A funeral service will be held at McAdam's Funeral Home on Saturday, December 10th, 2011 at 2:00 pm. Interment will take place in the Fredericton Rural Cemetery at a later date.
