Born in Tyne Valley on May 27, 1956 , dear son of Lester and Verna Milligan of Poplar Grove. Cherished brother of Brenda (Brian) MacArthur, Tyne Valley; Barbara Morrison, Freeland; Bonnie (Paul) Morrison, Conway; Brent (Annette) Milligan, Fort MacMurray; and Beverly (Mike) Palmer, Conway. Uncle of 11 nieces and nephews and a great niece and great-nephew. Nephew of Phyllis Milligan, Poplar Grove; Kathleen MacCaull, Eastern Passage, N.S.; Leroy (Davis) Arsenault, Riverview, N.B.; Gladys Wagner, Ellerslie; Carl (Earlene) Murphy, Ellerslie; and Evelyn Ramsay and Ruby Murphy, both of Ontario. Predeceased by his brother-in-law Danny Morrison; grandparents Arthur and Veronica Milligan, Bayfield, and Thelma Milligan; aunts and uncles Edward Murphy, Lillian Barrett, and Enid and Arthur Milligan. Resting at the Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with visiting hours Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral on Tuesday at the Bideford-Conway United Church at 2 p.m. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
