GAULTON, Rennie Seymour – Passed peacefully away on Monday, November 9, 2009, surrounded by his family, Rennie Seymour Gaulton, age 65 years, retired Associate Professor of Psychology at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Leaving to celebrate his life, loving wife, Sylvia (Melendy); son Trevor; daughter Tina; son-in-law Corey Chiasson and Poppy’s pride and joy, grandchildren: Luke and Lacey; also his father Luke (predeceased by his mother Vera); sister Joyce (Bud Jenkins), Jean (Fred Thompson, Halifax); brother Barrie (Anne Marie); sister June (Tolson Stockwood); brothers-in-law: Jack Melendy (Dot), Karl Melendy (Rita); nieces, nephew, great-nieces, great-nephews; large circle of friends, colleagues and special life long friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Wednesday and Thursday, November 11th and 12th, 2009 from 1 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service to be held on Friday, November 13, 2009 at 2 p.m. from Wesley United Church, Patrick Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cowan Heights United Church and/or The Vera Perlin Society.
