Today recalls sad memories,
Of a mother gone to rest,
And the ones who think of her today,
Are the ones who loved her best.

If tears could bring you back to me,
You’d be here by my side,
For God would fill a river full,
With all the tears I cried.

But I know the day will come,
When we will never part,
Until the day we meet again,
I’ll keep you in my heart.
