It is with great sadness that the family of the late Edith “Jean” Moores announce her passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Friday, November 13, 2009 in her 68th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories: her husband, Frank; children: Donald (Julia) Moores, Bonnie (Lawrence) Seaward, Shelley (John) Butler; loving pet Nitro; grandchildren: Kristy (Thomas) Marche, Nicholas Moores, Zachary Seaward; brothers: Norman (Jean) Rideout, Scott (Jean) Rideout, Paul (Barbra) Rideout; sisters: Ivy (Charles) Samms, Norma (Melvin) Jennings, Myra (Edwin) Parsons, Judy (Carl) Rideout; sisters-in-law: Ruby (Frank) Dyke, Marie Moores, Beulah Moores, Betty Rideout, Freda Moores; brothers-in-law: Bert (Gladys) Moores, Glenn (Thelma) Moores and many more other close family and friends. She is predeceased by her father and mother, Phineas and Jessie Rideout; brothers: Bruce and Aubrey Rideout. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held on Monday, November 16, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. from Humber Valley United Church, Pasadena with Rev. Andrew Wright officiating. Interment will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to the CARE Canada Children’s Fund.
