SEARS, BRIAN KENNETH - It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of Brian Kenneth Sears of Saint John which occurred on Sunday, December 18, 2011 at Bobby's Hospice. Born 1948 in Sackville, NB, he was the son of the late Locklyn and Elsie (Griffin) Sears. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife Jeanette Marie Sears, brothers Edward and Dale Sears and sister Isabelle Sears. Brian worked as a mechanic for many years and he loved his grandchildren very much. He is survived by his sons Paul Sears (Nancy), Mike Sears (Kelly), Terry Sears (Tammy), and Tony Sears all of Saint John; brothers Wendell Sears and Darrell Sears both of Ontario and Peter Sears of Saint John; sisters Doris Cole of Sackville NB, Dawn Sears and Sharon Sears both of Ontario; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Monday December 19 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday December 20 2011 at 1pm.
