Formerly of Little Harbour West, Placentia Bay, age 64 years. Passed peacefully away at the L.A. Miller Centre, Palliative Care Unit surrounded by his loving family after a short but courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, December 17, 2011. Predeceased by his mother and father Elizabeth and Thomas Walsh, sister Monica Lake and brothers Raymond and Gus. Leaving to mourn his daughters Kim Walsh (Mark), Tina Sorensen (Edward) and Kelly, son Adrian, grandchildren Larissa, Cody and Emily, brothers and sisters Jack (Catherine), Tom (Junior) (Florence), Loretta Lake (Dennis), Kathy Callahan (Mike), Betty O’Brien (Jim), sisters-in-law Julia and Renée, along with a large number of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, special aunt and godmother Mary Power (Ray) and long time friends at Mobile First Pond. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Sunday from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Monday from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, December 20th, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. from the Basilica of St. John the Baptist.
