Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on November 13th, 2009, Aiden Power, aged 82 years. Predeceased by his brothers: Br. Albert C.Ss.R, Frank (Anita), Harry (Aneas), Arthur (Olga); sisters: Hannah Power, Ellen Gibbons (Herbert) and Hilda Szokol (Michael). Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Annie Hayes; brothers: Maurice (Eileen) and Fr. Patrick Power C.Ss.R; sister-in-law Mary Kavanagh. as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends and the staff and residents of Alderwood Estates in Witless Bay. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitations on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial from Mary Queen of Peace Church, Torbay Road, on Monday, November 16th at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
