We, the family of the late Clayton Nash would like to thank all our friends and neighbors for their kindness shown to us during this sad time. Thank you for the food, visits to our home, phone calls, money and cards, donations to different charities and for just being there for us. Thank you to Rev. Michael Goodfellow for the beautiful sermon and also to Clayton’s brother Rev. Arthur Nash for his comforting words. The choir was very nice, also the lunch by the ladies auxiliary, thank you my friends. Thank you to Royal Canadian Legion Branch 3, the Retired Police Association and the Glace Bay Police. It was beautiful! Thank you to the pallbearers Charlie Nash, Robert Truckair, Jason Kaiser, David Caines, Philip Nash and John O’Leary all friends and relatives of Clayton’s. Vina and Michelle and the staff of Patten Funeral Home you helped in so many ways, thank you. A special thank you to Clayton’s brothers, sisters and their spouses who were home in the summer to visit Clayton during his illness and who returned home again when he passed away. A heartfelt thanks to the nurses and doctors of Palliative Care, our friends and neighbors, what would we ever do with out them.
