DOYLE, HENRY - 1955-2011 - Henry passed away peacefully in the arms of his loving wife and in the comfort of their home in Shediac, NB, on Sunday morning, December 18, ending a 4-year fight against cancer with much courage and dignity. Born in Halifax, he was the son of Patrick and Marguerite (Smith) Doyle. He will be deeply missed by his best friend and devoted wife of 11 years, Fleurette (his Mary). He leaves behind 6 siblings, Lynn Doyle, Douglas (Joanne), Albert, Catherine Nugent (Peter), Sean (Trish) and Patrick (Susan). He will be greatly missed by a large extended family, a wide circle of loyal friends and their dog, Kimo. Henry was a hard-working stand-up guy who was well-respected by his co-workers and peers alike. He was very sociable, enjoyed entertaining, long walks and working out (bodybuilding). This wonderful man with solid integrity and a deep sense of fairness and justice will leave a considerable void in the lives of many.
Visitation will be at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Wednesday, December 21 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm and on Thursday, December 22 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, followed by a chapel service.
