July 9, 1922 - Nov. 10, 2009

Today we sadly share the news of Sandy Donaldson's passing on November 10, 2009.

Sandy was a member of the Royal Canadian Navy and served his country during WWII. His last deployment was aboard the H.C.S. Sussexvale where he retired with the rank of CPO.

After the WWII he began working at the Royal Bank Of Canada where he worked for many years retiring at age 65.

For most of his retirement years Sandy loved going to see all of his friends at the banks and bringing joy to everyone with his lotto tickets. He also enjoyed spending time with his wife Jean whom he had been married to for 65 years.

He will be greatly missed by all, especially his Wife Jean, Son Derek (Kathy), Daughter Debbie, Granddaughter Joddie (Andrew) and Grandsons Aric and Travis. Also by his three great grandchildren Kaylyn 11, Keith 8, and Matthew 5.

No service will be held.
