It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ida Primmer announce her passing at the Interfaith Home for Seniors in Corner Brook on Tuesday, November 17th, 2009 at the age of 93. Leaving to mourn her sister Beatrice Bugden and sister-in-law Lucretia Pear, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Leo (1992); parents Albert and Maude Pear; brothers: Elward (Myrtis), Ray (Viola), Owen, Earl and Frank Marshell (Emily); sisters: Nada Brewer (Gordon), Mabel Jennings (Frank) and brother-in-law Allison Bugden. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, St. Mark’s Ave. on Thursday from 7-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place at Fillatre’s Funeral Chapel on Friday, November 20th at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Kathy Brett & Rev. Derek Thomas officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to Humber United Church.
