1943 - 2008. It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ernest William Kelly announce his passing, at his home in Grand Falls-Windsor on February 21, 2008 at the age of 64. Ern was a past member of the Grand Falls Fire Department. He retired from Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, where he was a pharmacist from 1967 - 1996. Ern is predeceased by parents Raymond and Muriel Kelly and infant brother Raymond (1942). Left with fond and loving memories are his loving and devoted wife Diane. Also leaving to mourn are sisters: Maureen (Bill Hull), and Betty (Graham Abbott); brothers: Wayne (Sylvia), Colin (Sherril) and David (Rita Mary); brothers-in-law: Glen Butt and Herb (Brenda) Butt; mother-in-law Mae Butt; sister-in-law Linda (Eric Milley); many special nieces and nephews; special Aunt Mill, along with a large number of relatives and friends. Father David Joy conducted the funeral service at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on February 25, 2008. Interment was at the Interfaith Cemetery. Pallbearers were Wayne Kelly, Colin Kelly, David Kelly, Graham Abbott, Courtney Milley, Maxwell Kelly and Bill Hull. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Mike Goodyear of Central Funeral Homes.
