It is with great sadness that the family of the late Robert Stowe announce his passing at Mountain View Estates on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at the age of 80 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories: his daughter Linda of Ontario; his son Randolph of Ontario; sisters: Elsie (Clyde) Hewitt, Gertrude Noseworthy, Evangeline Pollett, all of Corner Brook. He is predeceased by his parents, Robert and Sarah Stowe; brother, Randolph Stowe. Visitation will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road, on Saturday, November 21, 2009 from 1-3 p.m. Funeral service will be held following the visitation at 3:00 p.m. at Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Major Calvin Fudge officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army Church Fund.
