Goodwin, Robert Sidney, 82, Roseway Manor, Sandy Point, formerly of North East Point passed away on Monday, December 12, 2011 at the Roseway Manor. Born at Brighton, Mass., on December 25, 1928, he was a son of the late Waightsel and Edna (Newell) Goodwin. He was a loving and hard working husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, the former M. Lorraine Smith; son, Randall, Toronto; daughters, Marlene (George) Chetwynd, Charlene (Greg) Nickerson, Cynthia (Peter) Weeks, all of North East Point, Catherine Goodwin, Barrington; sister, Catherine Nye, Mass.; 16 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by son, Darrell; granddaughter, Bethany: brothers, Gordon, Enos, Stanley; twin brother, Ralph; sisters, Beulah, Doris, Deborha. Visitation was held 7-9 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 22 at the H. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Barrington. Funeral was held be 2 p.m., Friday, Dec. 23 from the H. Huskilson’s Memorial Chapel, Barrington, Rev.
