TRITES, PHYLLIS (STEVENS) - 1936-2011 - Phyllis Trites, 75, of Forest Dale Home, Riverside-Albert, formerly of Moncton, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2011 at the Moncton Hospital with her family by her side. Phyllis was born in River Hebert East, NS on June 3, 1936, the daughter of the late George "Garfield" Stevens and Williamena "Lena" (Betts) Stevens. Phyllis was a housewife and took great pride in raising her family. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother who will live on in the hearts of her family forever. She will be deeply missed by her beloved husband, Donald "Short" Trites, of Forest Dale Home; son, Dave Trites (Carol), of Riverview; daughter, Carla Steeves (Dennis), of Petitcodiac; by her four cherished grandchildren, Christopher, Kimberley (Sean), Tawnya (Lee) and Daniel; and by three great-grandchildren. She will also be sadly missed by her sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews.
Honoring Phyllis's own wishes there will be no visitation; a private family graveside service will be held at the Fair Havens Memorial Gardens, Moncton, NB.
