LeBLANC, ADELARD - It is with deep sadness that Adelard LeBlanc of Breau Creek, Memramcook passed away suddenly on January 2, 2012 at the Dr Georges L. Dumont university hospital center at the age of 86. Born May 22, 1925 in Memramcook East, he was the son of the late Alphee LeBlanc and the late Emma LeBlanc. He worked in the blueberry business until his retirement. He loved fishing and hunting. He is survived by his wife Pamela, two daughters, Viola (Jean) Belliveau of Breau Creek and Vianna (Leonel) Landry of Memramcook Lake, two grandchildren: Vicki
(Randall) Gordon and Joel (Jasmine) Belliveau, several nieces and nephews and was the last surviving member of the LeBlanc family. He was predeceased by one infant son Joseph and one infant daughter Marie, four sisters Joseline, Celia, Melina and Ella and by three brothers Lawrence, Oscar and Edouard (Tati).
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 3 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and Wednesday, January 4 from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Funeral mass will be held at St-Thomas de Memramcook church, St-Joseph on Wednesday January 4 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
