Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Monday, January 2nd, 2012. James Edward Kean, age 69 years. Predeceased by his parents John and Joan Kean, nephews John Kean and Kenneth Miller. Leaving to mourn his daughter Joan (Russ Chafe) and her mother Bernadette, 3 brothers Eric (Barb), Brendan (Theresa) and Brian (Marie), 2 sisters Helen Miller and Linda Hawco (Tony). Also Leaving to mourn Wendy Lupton (Brett), Karen Vollmer (David) and Josh, Nicola, Willem and Vanessa as well as other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Wednesday from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Thursday from 12 noon – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, January 6th, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. from St. Patrick’s Church. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation may be made in his memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
