Passed peacefully away after a brief illness at the St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Saturday, November 21, 2009, in her 82nd year. Left with precious memories are her husband of 57 years, Earl as well as a large circle of other family and friends. Special thanks to the thoughtful staff and the intensive care units of the Health Sciences Complex and St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Monday, Nov. 23rd from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Barrett’s Chapel on Tuesday, Nov. 24th at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Field of Honour.
