It is with great sadness the family of the late Mia Eileen Batt Nee Gale announce her sudden passing on Sunday January 1, 2012 at Northern Lights Health Centre in Fort McMurray Alberta at the age of 39 years. Mia was predeceased by her father Lorne Gale. Left with fond and precious memories are her loving Husband Clifton of 12 years, Daughter Elizabeth age 13 years, Sons Casey age 11 and Clifton Jr (C.J) age 10. Mother Joan Gale of Port-Aux-Basques, Brother Peter Gale and Wife Alice, Son Joshua of Leduc Alberta. Father and Mother in Law Byron Batt Sr and Elizabeth of Corner Brook NL. Brother in Law Byron Batt Jr and Wife Dorothy and family of Fort McMurray Alberta, Brother in Law Russell Batt and Wife Candace and family of North Battleford SK. Sister in Law Joanne Nilsson and Husband Darcy and Family of Grand Prairie Alberta and a large circle of extended family and friends. Funeral arrangements are in the care of Robert Anderson Funeral Home in Fort McMurray. Funeral Services will be held at Saint Thomas Anglican Church, 195 Signal Road inThickwood, at 11:00am January 6, 2012 . Cremation services are in care of The North Side Crematorium of Edmonton Alberta.
Family viewing will be 4pm-5pm Thursday January 5, 2012.
Public viewing will be from 6pm-9pm Thursday January 5, 2012
