We, the family of the late Tom Appleton, wish to extend sincere gratitude to all who shared in our grief of his death on November 7, 2009. Thank you for your prayers, visits, phone calls, memorial donations, flowers and offerings of food and especially for sharing your stories and remembrances of Dad which proved to be a wonderful walk down Memory Lane. To the Palliative Care Team, Dr. O’Brien, V.O.N. and the Homecare workers words cannot express our deep appreciation for your compassionate care. To Vina Johnson and staff of Patten Funeral Home for your kindness and integrity. To the many Anglican clergy, parishes and Synod Office staff for your steadfast prayers and support. To Rev. Vernon Reid and St. Mary’s Choir for the wonderful liturgy and gift of music. For all that you did and for that you are, may God’s blessing be upon you.
