The death occurred peacefully and surrounded by her loving family at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2012 of Margaret “Marg” Jane Grady (nee Smith) of Summerside, aged 77 years. Marg was born on May 15, 1934 in Summerside, P.E.I. to her late parents Clifford and Margaret (nee Acorn) Smith. Beloved wife of Stewart Grady and loving mother of Scott (Catherine) of Summerside, Jim (Rhonda) of Summerside, Paul of Lincoln, N.B., Jeannie (Terry) Grady of Barrie, ON. and Sue (Pete) Deacon of Aurora, ON. Also lovingly remembered by her 14 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Survived by her brothers and sisters Shirley (Murray) Hurlburt of Toronto, ON., George (Marion) Smith, Kathy (George) Montgomery, Eleanor (Bennie) Grady all of Summerside, Joanne (Don) Wright of Ottawa, ON., and Gerald (Terri) Smith of ON. Besides her parents, Marg was predeceased by her son Steven, brother Billy and daughter-in-law Sylvia. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Friday, Jan. 6, 2012 for a funeral service at the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Visiting hours on Thursday evening 7-9 p.m. and Friday 10 a.m. until time of service.
