Passed away suddenly on Monday, January 2, 2012, age 59, of St. John’s (formerly of Summerville). Predeceased by parents John and Eliza Lane (Abbott). Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Brenda (Furlong); son Jason (Charlene); grandson Isaac; sisters: Bonnie (Gordon) Smith and Doreen (Orville) Harris. He will be fondly remembered by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl, on Wednesday, January 4th, from 1:00 p.m.-5 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.; on Thursday, January 5th, from 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. with funeral service to follow at Barrett’s Chapel at 5:00 p.m. Cremation to follow.
