Passed peacefully away in the presence of his family at the Health Science Complex on January 3rd, 2012, Carson Wade Stokes, aged 58 years. Predeceased by his parents Flossie and Lloyd Stokes; brothers: Calvin and Hayward; sister Elsie. Leaving to mourn with loving memories his wife Marilyn; his children: Chris (Angie), Keri Gray (Shane), Kim Bishop (Stephen); six grandchildren who lighted up his life, Isabella and Jasmine Stokes, MacKenzie and Tanner Gray, Brooklyn and Amber Bishop; brothers and sisters: Charles Jr. (Susan), Phyllis Snow (Sterling), Mary Winters (Walter), Kevin, Lacie (Louise) and Barry (Deanna); sister-in-law Yvonne Stokes; special brother-in-law Edgar Johnson and mother-in-law Beatrice Johnson; as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Due to organ donation, visitation and funeral times will be announced at a later date.
