With heavy hearts and the deepest of sorrow we announce the peaceful passing of our dearest mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend, Annie Genevieve O’Driscoll, age 96 years, who passed away at her home in the presence of her loving family on Monday, November 23, 2009. Predeceased by her husband Leonard (1987) and her children Gordon (2004), Aloysius (2005) and Mary and Matthew in infancy. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her daughters: Marie Power (Joe), Carmel Powell (Herb), Irene Kavanagh (Eric); her sons: Frank (Irene), Gerald (Judy), Leonard Jr; daughter-in-law Bernice; her thirteen grandchildren: Kimberly, Jeff, Darlene, Craig, Leo, Denise, Rhonda, Tristan, Gerry, Brian, Dwight, Sherilynn, Lisa and their families; her twenty-four great-grandchildren; and a large circle of extended family and friends. Resting at Ryan's Funeral Home, Bay Bulls, on Tuesday, November 24th and Wednesday, November 25th from 2-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Sts. Peter and Paul Church, Bay Bulls on Thursday, November 26th at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of Mount Loretta Cemetery, Bay Bulls.
