It is with profound sadness that we announce the tragic death of a dear son, brother, uncle and friend, Jamie Francis Vickers, born November 21st, 1976. Jamie was unexpectedly taken from us on December 31, 2011. Left to mourn, his loving mother and father, Ellen and Gordon; brother Rodney; sisters: Arlene (Ed) and Tracey (Scott); nephews: Shane, Devon, Jayden and Blake; nieces: Natasha, Alyssa and Hailey; God child J’Lyn; and great-nephew Zachary, a large number of aunts, uncles and cousins from the Vickers and Guest families. Also some very special friends too special to mention. Resting at Ryan’s Funeral Home on Saturday, January 7th, 2012 from 2-9 p.m. and Sunday, January 8th, 2012 from 2-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Patrick’s R.C. Church, Witless Bay, on Monday, January 9th, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Inurnment to follow at Holy Cross R.C. Cemetery, Witless Bay.
