BISHOP, Doris Cavell — of Upper Island Cove, who passed away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, January 5, 2012. Mrs. Bishop was 76 years old. She leaves to mourn her loving family: children: Clayton (Donna) Bishop, Paul (Marilyn) Bishop, Clyde Bishop, Millicent (Trevor Spracklin) Bishop & Barry Bishop; grandchildren: Colette & Lee Bishop-Greene, Jessica, Jillian & Steven Bishop; sisters & brothers: Ella Mercer, Annie Stone, Vera Neil (Bay) & Melvin Janes (Ruby); sister-in-law Olive Stone. Predeceased by husband Herbert Bishop; daughter Margaret Bishop; grandson Paul Arch Herbert Bishop; brothers: Gerald Janes & Clarence Janes; brothers-in-law: Thomas Mercer & Ches Stone; sister-in-law Annie Janes. The funeral services will take place at St. Peter’s Anglican Church and Cemetery, Upper Island Cove, on Sunday, January 8, 2012, 2 P.M.
