The death occurred peacefully on November 24, 2009, at his home in Souris West, and formerly of Morell, of Joseph Clifford MacDonald in his 76th year.
Husband of the late Noreen MacDonald (nee Keefe). Father of MIke (Mary Sheila) of Morell and Lynda (Andy) of Cardigan. Beloved grampy to Tim, Taunya, Michelle and Colin. Also survived by brothers-in-law, Vernon, Carl, Earle, Ivan (Libby), Mervin (Susie); and sisters-in-law, Shirley, Nettie and Diane; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his beloved mother, Josephine MacDonald; brothers, Joey, Johnny and Sterling; and his sister, Maxine; brothers-in-law, Elmer, Sterling (Jessie), Johnny (Helen) and Emmette.
Resting at the Lounge of St. Theresa, The Little Flower, for visitation on Thursday, November 26, 2009, from 6-9 p.m.
Funeral mass to be held on Friday, November 27, 2009, at St. Theresa, The Little Flower Roman Catholic Church at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Lawrence O\'Toole Roman Catholic Cemetery, Green Meadows.
If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home as per Clifford\'s wishes.
