Passed suddenly away at her home, in St. John’s, NL, after a short illness on Sunday, January 8, 2012, Pamela Manning, aged 47 years. Predeceased by grandparents Cyril and Loretta Kennedy & Harold and Elizabeth Carew; and nephew Christopher Downey. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, her son Daniel Harte and her only grandson Lincoln; parents Donald and Rosalind Carew; three sisters: Bernadette Noftall (Scott), Rosalind Brown (Douglas), Elizabeth Carew (Christopher Downey), and brother Donald Carew (Charlene); also leaving to mourn, nephews: Anthony, Douglas, and Christopher; nieces: Jessica, Amber, Haley, and Erika; great-nephew Zachary Curtis-Carew; as well as a large circle of aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave., on Tuesday, January 10, from 4-9 p.m., and on Wednesday, January 11, from 10 a.m.- 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Chapel on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., with cremation to follow.
