ANDERSON, Carl Albert
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Carl Anderson on Friday, November 20th, 2009 at the age of 88. He was born in the McCord area on December 10th, 1921. Carl grew up in that district and farmed there until his health caused him to retire. Carl married Doris Schulties in 1951 and they resided in McCord where they raised their son Randy. He was predeceased by his wife Doris (2005), daughter-in-law Pat (2009), sisters Blanche (2004) and Alice (1996), brothers George (1978) and Lester (1981). He is survived by his brother Bill, his son Randy, his grandchildren Conrad and Stephanie, and several great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 28th, 2009, at 2:00 pm at Parkview Funeral Chapel, 474 Hochelaga St West, Moose Jaw. Interment will take place at Sunset Cemetery. Donations in memory of Carl may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
