Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on January 9th Jane Patten Dodge of Harbour Mille age 76 years.
Leaving to mourn sons Brian (Betty) of Little Bay East and Alphonsus (Gail) of Harbour Mille; daughters Lillian Dodge of Harbour Mille, Jessie Pardy of Harbour Mille, Neta Baker (Leslie) of Harbour Mille and Fay Freeborn (Wayne) of Lab City; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; sister Elsie Burton (Grand Bank); step brother Stanley Walters plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by husband Alphonsus; mother Rebecca Walters; son Glen Dodge; brother Charlie Walters and step brother Russell Walters.
Rev. Kenneth Abbott officiated funeral service from St. Mary's Anglican Church, Harbour Mille January 12th at 2PM with interment following at Anglican Cemetery, Harbour Mille.
Pall Bearers were Alphonsus Dodge, Trevor Benteau, Edwin Walters, Jack Walters, Kevin Burton and Tommy Burton.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Burin.
