CARSON, DARLENE ROSE - The death of Darlene Carson of Old Ridge occurred at Saint John Regional Hospital on Thursday, January 12th, 2012, after a lengthy battle with lupus. Born in St. Stephen, N.B., February 5, 1952. She was the daughter of Lorenne (Johnston) Gowan and the late James Gowan She is survived by her husband Wayne Carson; son Corey (Kelly) Carson; granddaughter Abigale Rose Carson; mother Lorenne; brothers; Allen (Elaine) Gowan of St. Stephen, NB, James (Roselle) Gowan of Fredericton, NB and Richard (Cindy) Gowan of Rothesay, NB; Mother-in-law Viola May Carson; brothers-in-law and sisters- in- law, Kenneth (Vivian) Carson, Carmen (Les) Zigler, Stephen Carson, Sandra (Garry) Hanson, Allen (Donna) Carson, Thomas (Carolyn) Carson; many aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews.
