GAUTHIER, LORETTE - Lorette Mary Gauthier of Minto went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, January 13th, 2012 at the Chalmers Regional Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born April 7th, 1921 in St. Paul, Kent Co., NB she was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Mary Anne (Cormier) Richard. Loving mother and grandmother to five generations, Lorette is survived by her son, Clarence Gauthier of Minto and her daughters, Virginia (Ginny) Cormier of Minto and Doreena Gill (Edison) of Burtts Corner; an adopted son, Emery Gauthier (Ellen) of Minto; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and a great great great grandchild; brothers, Lionel Richard of Fredericton and Clarence Richard (Yvonne) of Moncton; sisters, Hermain Cormier of St. Paul, Assunta Blackier of Minto and Mary Jane Caissie of Moncton as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Edward Gauthier and her son, William Gauthier, and by brothers, John Richard, Desire Richard and Dorice Richard.
Resting at Hogg Funeral Services (10 King Street, Minto, NB 327-3490) where visitation will take place on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 1:00 PM, Tuesday, January 17th, 2012 from Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Minto. Interment will follow in Saint Bridget's Catholic Cemetery, Hardwood Ridge.
