Dad left this world peacefully in his sleep, January 13, 2012. He was predeceased by his parents, Harry and Susan Lazurca, sisters Zelma and Georgina, brother George and infant daughter Carrie. Left to celebrate his life and cherish his memory are his wife of 59 years, Vivian, daughters Bonnie (Scott), and Marie (Gary) , grandson Dorian, granddaughter Damara and great-grandchildren Jayda, Devyn and Wyatt, brother Henry (Dianne), sisters Betty (Bob), Maggie, Judy (Del), and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank with deepest appreciation the staff and management of Moose Jaw Extendicare for the care and TLC they provided for our dad. A celebration of his life will take place on Friday, January 20, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Parkview Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Bob Langdon officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations made in memory of Ted to The Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan, 301-2550-12th Ave, Regina, SK, S4P 3X1, would be appreciated.
