Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, January 15, 2012, surrounded by her loving family, Mary Jane Lush of Marysvale, aged 89 years. Predeceased by her husband, Samuel; parents: Joseph & Mary Elizabeth (nee Shinners); son, Eric; daughter, Sara; sons-in-law: George, Patrick & Nelson; brothers: William, Harry & James; sisters: Eliza & Miriam. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, sons: Kevin (Doreen), Joe (Theresa), Sam (Cindy) & Lewis (Anne); daughters: Mary (Eddie), Marion, Madonna, Grace & Jeneneive; 41 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren & great-great-grandchildren, also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Broughton's Funeral Home, Brigus with visitation on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012 from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012 from 10 a.m.- 1 p.m. Funeral to take place on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. from Broughton's Memorial Chapel, Brigus with interment to follow in the Anglican Cemetery, English Cove.
