Passed away peacefully at the Hoyles Home on Sunday, January 15th, 2012, Dorothy Stansbury, age 84 years. Predeceased by her first husband Francis Dillon and her second husband Francis Stansbury, her parents Ethel and Wallace Smith, brothers: Wallace, Gilbert, Frank and Hughie. Left to mourn her daughter Ethel (Harold) French; sisters: Ruby, Ethel, Mona, Alice and Joan; sisters-in-law: Madonna Smith and Dolores Smith; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Monday from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m., Tuesday from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m. – 12 noon. Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, January 18th, 2012 at 2 p.m. from George Street United Church. Interment to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Society.
