The death occurred in Charlottetown on Monday, January 16, 2012, of Jerry Arsenault, of Cornwall, age 73, beloved husband and best friend of Louise Larkin-Arsenault (nee Doiron).
Jerry is also survived by his sisters and brothers: Judy Hodges (Edwin), Hamilton, Ontario; Joey (Norma), Brantford, Ontario; Millie Hendricken (Andy Perry), Charlottetown; Anne Martell (Dennis), Montague, Tim and Reggie, Charlottetown and Dolores Peters (Keith), Oyster Bed Bridge; sisters-in-law, Jeannie Arsenault, Cape Breton; Lena Quinn, Peterborough, Ontario and Yvonne Larkin (Rollie), New Glasgow; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jerry is also fondly remembered by Louise’s children and grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Edward and Doris Arsenault, his first wife, Evelyn (Lee); and brothers, Freddie (Audrey) and Donnie.
Resting at Central Queen’s Funeral Home, 2538 Glasgow Road, New Glasgow, for visitation on Thursday, January 19, 2012, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, Cornwall, on Friday, January 20, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. Interment in St. Anne’s Cemetery, Hope River.
