SCHLOSSER, FRANK JOHN March 14, 1925 - October 11, 2006 Our beloved father, grandfather and friend completed his journey at the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice Home on October 11, 2006. Frank was predeceased by his loving wife Dorothy, August 2005 and his son Donald in 1994. He is survived by his sons, Brian (Brenda), Dale (Shelley), Ken (Robin), Murray and his loving grandsons Michael and Tyler and daughter-in-law, Brenda. Frank came from a large family of seventeen and is survived by his sisters, Rose, Helen (Henry), Hannah (Ed), and Dorothy (Ed), sisters-in-law Louise, Dody and Nora, brother-in-law Jim and respective families and numerous good and faithful friends. Frank's family was his life, helping them in all the ways a good father would. He was a seasoned fisherman and spent many camping trips with his family. A hard worker all of his life, he passed on his work ethic to his sons. He was an avid gardener who took pleasure in sharing the fruits of his labour. As a guest in his home, both friends and family, enjoyed a good game of billiards or crib. He also was a talented musician and gave all great pleasure from his music. Prayers will be recited at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 2826 Bank Road, on Monday, October 16, 2006 at 7:00 P.M. The Reverend Father Al Noonan O.M.I. will celebrate the Mass of the Resurrection in the church on Tuesday, October 17, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. The family is most grateful for the loving care Frank received at the Hospice Home. We thank the staff and volunteers.
